    Chairman Mr. Chen Gequan graduated from Health Education Department of National Taiwan Normal University. He once worked as a teacher in Ming Chi Secondary School of Taipei County, sports leader, and general manager of Fengyang Company. However, just as everything was going well and he was vigorous and young, having a dream for a better future, unexpectedly, a stroke hit him. He couldn’t move freely. Lacking the rehabilitation equipment, desperately, Mr. Chen tried to use what he learnt to do self-made physical rehabilitation at home. Soon after, his condition has improved significantly, so more confidently, he constantly repeated daily practice. With the persistent and firm determination and perseverance, he overcame the physical barriers, and stood up again. As the chairman's personal experience, he can fully appreciate the domestic shortage of rehabilitation equipment, and this kind of frustration and loss of confidence.

    In view of this, based on his successful rehabilitation experience, Mr. Chen commercialized his research, and has developed a new hand and foot tractor. Through continuous study and positive improvement, the tractor was developed into the “Sinwanai powered tractor” which can pull hands and feet simultaneously.
